Terms of service.

Short, clear terms for the StratScope platform, APIs, SDKs and datasets. Last updated August 2026.

1. Beta software.

You're using a beta

StratScope is in beta. Features change, break and disappear without warning. We work hard to keep things stable, but the platform is provided as-is while we build it.

Your participation helps

By using the platform during beta you agree that it may not behave like a finished product, and that you won't rely on it for critical systems without testing it yourself.

2. API usage rules.

No abuse of keys

API keys are issued to you, for your agents, and must not be shared, embedded in public code, or used to access data outside your own projects. Keys are verified by hash — they are per-request and revocable.

Fair use

Use the API for its intended purpose: submitting your agents' execution traces and accessing your datasets and evaluations. We may throttle or revoke access if a key is used in a way that harms the platform or other users.

3. Data contributions.

What you grant us

By submitting execution data you grant StratScope the right to store, process and use it to operate the platform — and, subject to your per-agent consent policy and anonymization requirements, to use anonymized execution data in platform products such as datasets, benchmarks and research.

What you keep

You keep ownership of your execution data. Your consent policy — including whether anonymization is required and which use cases are allowed — is always respected. Withdrawing consent stops future use; it does not retroactively change datasets already released.

4. No warranty.

As-is, without warranty

The platform, SDKs, datasets and benchmarks are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of datasets, or uninterrupted availability.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating whether the platform and its outputs are suitable for your use, including compliance with laws that apply to you.

5. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law

StratScope and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or business opportunities, arising out of or related to use of the platform — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We don't limit liability where the law forbids it.

6. Termination.

Either side can end it

You can stop using the platform at any time and revoke or delete your keys. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the API, or if continued use poses a risk to the platform or other users.

What survives

Sections on data contributions, no warranty, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination. Your execution history remains governed by the data governance policy, not this agreement.

7. Changes to these terms.

We'll tell you

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where practical, by email to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Questions

Questions about these terms go to khalidkhan46572@gmail.com. We answer.

8. Governing law.

The laws of your jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved under the law applicable where you are located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Good faith first

Before any dispute, contact us — most disagreements are misunderstandings, and we'd rather fix the thing than argue about it.
