Plain language about what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect.
Agent registration information
When you register an agent we keep the agent name, type, description and the email you provide (email is optional).
Execution traces submitted via SDK
Execution records, events, tool calls, prompts, payloads and metadata your agent submits through the SDK or REST API, governed by the consent policy you set for that agent.
Contact form submissions
Your name, email and the content of messages you send us through the contact form, including API key requests.
How we use it.
Platform operation and analytics
We use execution data to operate the platform: analytics for you, pipeline health, cost and latency reporting, and product improvement.
Datasets and benchmarks
With explicit consent per agent, anonymized execution data is used to build datasets, benchmarks and research reports. Your data is never sold without explicit participation.
Redaction and anonymization.
PII is stripped at ingest
Payloads are redacted the moment they arrive: sensitive fields are replaced, and emails, API keys, phone numbers and similar patterns are removed before storage.
Consent policies per agent
Every agent has a consent policy controlling what is shared and whether anonymization is required. Participation is per-agent, per-use-case and can be changed at any time.
Retention.
Execution history is never deleted
Execution and event history is append-only and immutable. Records are never hard-deleted — this is a design decision, not an oversight.
Contact requests
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, then removed. Agent registration details are kept while the agent is registered.
Email.
We email you about keys and the platform
If you request an API key we email it to you. We may email you about your agent registrations, key status and platform changes that affect you. We do not sell your email address or send third-party marketing.
No unsolicited bulk mail
You won't receive newsletters or promotional email unless you explicitly opt in, and you can stop hearing from us at any time by replying to any message.
Third parties.
Cloudflare
The platform runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2, KV). Execution data is stored and processed within this infrastructure.
Gmail for transactional email
API key delivery and transactional email are sent through Gmail. Only the email address and message content needed to deliver the mail are shared with the provider.
Your rights.
Access, correction, deletion
Email khalidkhan46572@gmail.com to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. We respond to such requests promptly.
Questions
Questions about this policy or your data go to the same address. We will not use privacy requests as an excuse to email you about anything else.
We keep this policy honest and short. If it ever stops being either, write to us and tell us — that's a bug we want to fix.
